Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart and hold a weight in each hand. Place the weights at your shoulder height with your palms facing each other. Take a step back with your left leg, flex your knees and push your left arm out in a punching motion. Stand back up, change legs and repeat.

Stand with one leg forward and one leg back while holding a weight in each hand. Flex your knees, while slowly bringing the weights to shoulder height, face your palms towards each other and stand up straight while lifting the weights up to the ceiling. Switch legs and repeat on the other side.

Stand straight and gently twist your body while you lift your left hand to the ceiling. Do this 3 times and then change sides.
